I wonder what is the outfit for beginners in the Cleveland Feis if wedo not have a green dress yet? I have located a black wrap skirt -- pleated around the back, flat in front , sort of like a kilt. Would this be acceptable with a white school blouse? What length is prefered? May even be able to add a simple shawl in time.
