You appear to have referred the matter to the European Court of Human Rights and to the International Court of Justice. You have written to the European Ombudsman, whose task is to investigate complaints about maladministration by EU institutions and bodies. This means that you can complain to the Ombudsman if you consider that, for instance, the European Commission, the European Parliament or the Council of the European Union has done something wrong. However, the European Ombudsman is not entitled to deal with complaints against national authorities. Nor is the European Ombudsman entitled to deal with complaints against the European Court of Human Rights or the International Court of Justice, which are not EU institutions or bodies. The European Ombudsman would therefore not be in a position to assist you regarding the matter of your concern.
