Hi Guys & Gals, I hope that everything is well with everyone in Raizes Do Brazil Capoeira. I have been MIA for a while b/c of knee problems and a broken foot. I am having knee surgery on 9/11 of this yr. I will come by hopefully next weekend to say hello. I miss everyone and hope that Raizes is doing well. Much love to everyone!
