Pearl Harbor Debut

I've heard a rumor that Touchstone will send Pearl Harbor into as much as 3700 theaters May 25, but I don't know if that's true. I can see anything between 3450 and that figure. If so, my forecast lies at $67 (3450) - 80 (3700) million for its 3-day frame...any other opinions?
From scoping out MovieFone.com showtimes for next weekend, it is looking like PH runs at around 3 hours long - will it effect its box office? Can it be a Titanic?
