I found a picture of Leroy and his Dobermans at our welding shop. Lance was
13 here, he is on Leroy's left. Cleo was 16 here. She is kind of sitting at
Leroy right side.
They live one year after this picture was taken, 1990 is when I took the
picture.
The dogs guard the shop. They run loose in the shop and yard at night.
During the day they were tied up at the shop with a chain runner. This was to
keep them from getting run over by the big trucks. Plus the gate is open.
They love the shop. Lance was real smart. They got the dogs from other people
who no longer wanted them. Cleo came to Leroy because she killed the old
women's chickens. Cleo was 8 years old when Leroy got her. Lance owners was
moving out of the country. They were military people. Lance was 5 years old
when he got him.
Cleo pass away first and 6 months later Lance pass away. He miss Cleo
real bad.
They were great Dobermans.
