Hello Everyone
My husband Leroy has always had a doberman for a pet. He knows how smart they can be. But it still amaze him when one OF dobermans do something to surprise him.
OJ is our 6 year old rescue doberman. He has white in his blood line. We got hime when he was 8 weeks old. OJ is a talker. He likes to moan or make noises when he talks to you.Every morning leroy goes around and feeds all the animals before he goes to work.For some reason that day OJ stayed right by his side. Every time LEROY STOP OJ would stop and make some noises and touch his eye with his foot. He did not bark.After about the 4th time Leroy finaly stop and look at OJ and ask what do you want? OJ moan and then he would take his right foot and touch his eye with it. Every time leroy said what is wrong OJ would do the same thing.He never changed his voice. Leroy finaly look at the eye he was touching and foud a little tick stuck on OJ's eye lid. Leroy remove it and then OJ bark and went to play with the other two dobermans Crystal and Maggie.
leroy said it was like OJ saying thanks when he made that one bark and then OJ walk away.
OJ said thanks dad and now I want to play with the girls.LOL
OJ is a very sweet doberman. His feelings get hurt very easily.leroy once said that he thought OJ had Paper sack feelings,they tear very easily.LOL OJ loves people.
Just thought I would share that with you all.
