The site is wonderful. I enjoyed reading it. I order the war dog video and showed it to the kids. At first I did not think they would be interested. But 2 of my kids are writing a book on dobermans. Lonie Jo book turned out great. Her first reaction to ddobermans was that they are mean dogs. but after I gave them some good stuff to read and and i showed them Geeorge . george is real good with kids. he is big. That scared them at firt.But then they realize how good a doberman can be.
I told them it is not the type of dog that can be mean. Any dog can be a mean dog. It is how they are brought up. You be nice to them and in return they will be nice to you.
This past 2 week ,our kids in the whole school are to write a book on something. So my job was to help them find information on the subject they chose to write on.The other kid tend to bring out the bad side of the doberman.He made them look a little agressive. which they can be. But Lonie Jo exsplain in her book why siometimes you have bad dobermans. She said that there are all kinds of dogs that are bad. I THOUGHT HER BOOK WAS GOOD>
Any way the kids love the video. They wee saying to me and ms Pipkin to be quiet so they could here the movie. I was surprise. They love it. afterward we discuss the movie.
