Kyustendil. Premier Simeon Saxe-Coburg Gotha will attend the consecration ceremonies of two Orthodox churches in Edirne. The ceremony will be held on May 9. 13 NMS MPs will also attend the service. They will travel by a parliamentary bus, staying overnight in the town of Haskovo. The Prime Minister will be traveling by car, the Cabinet press office explained. The renovation of the churches of "St. George" and "St. Constantine and St. Elena" in Edirne was initiated by NMS MP Anelia Atanasova. Last year, she started raising 500,000 levs for renovation of the half-ruined churches. Singer Iliya Lukov also participated in the operation.
