Posted by Benny Mitchell - Bee Stings Connor gave a great speech on working hard, setting goals and working to achieve them. He also made sure to recognize the kids on the team that were just tots when he was in the club. Good luck to both at states this week.

Special thanks to Connor McDonald and Steve Brown of Sussex Central High School for the takedown clinic they put on Tuesday night. Both are former members of the St. Edmond's CYM team and both are a credit for giving back to the younger kids in the program.
