Posted by Benny Mitchell - Bee Stings on 1/11/2007, 9:30 am The Rehoboth Beach Wrestling Club traveled to the 22nd Annual Laurel Open Wrestling Tournament at Laurel High School on Saturday and retuned placing nine wrestlers in the top four of their respective weight class. Robbie Rosser led the Yellow Jackets taking first place in the bantam (ages 7 and 8) 45 pound weight class. Rosser won all of his matches by technical fall on the day. Alex Creasy finished fourth in the bantam 60 pound class. Several RBWC wrestlers made their tournament debut in the tot division (ages 6 and under) on Saturday. Brothers Nashawn (40 pounds) and Jayden Kammer (50 pounds) along with Billy Ott (60 pounds) led the way to the podium with all three taking third place. Michael Dobak took third in the midget (ages 9 and 10) 100 pound class. Jeff Klabe (junior 98), Thomas Ott (junior 125) and Trey Mitchell (intermediated 91) all took second place. Several of the Yellow Jackets will travel to Seaford High School next Sunday for the Third Annual Seaford Tournament.
