Then get back to practice Thursday and prepare for the Henlopen Conference championships. You guys have brought Cape wrestling to a crossroad. You can be sastified and stay at the 10 win plateau, do nothing and sink back into mediocrity or get to work in the off season and go to the next level. Team Delaware is not by invitation. A trip to Fargo is earned not given. Several of the kids that went to Fargo are multi-sport athletes. If the wrestler's and the coaching staff want to be in the duals next year then hit the off season tournaments. Wrestle freestyle and greco in the spring and summer. The opportunities are there!

Congratulations to the Cape Henlopen wrestlers and coaching staff on your 10 win season. It has been a while since Cape has featured double digits in the win column. You have truely achieved and accomplishment.
