I just passed my 4th anniversary. Was at stage 3 when diagnosed - but I am VERY healthy and active. My onc once told me that someday I might be grateful for having had cancer - and you know, he was right. I am more aware of life around me, get less stressed, and I think my priorities are in line. My husband took early retirement because of my cancer and we enjoy lots of travel and spend a great deal of time with our grandchildren.
