Posted by PamC I don't know if you will ever see this, because you posted your survivor story in June and now it's September, but I wanted to say Hi Remember Me and Hurray for Us! We were going through treatment at the same time, helping each other get through it! I finished chemo June 28-04 and finished rads Sept 7-04. So I am one and a half years past diagnosis (Feb 04), healthy, happy and stronger than ever. I have had two mammos since then, both clear, and two infra-reds, also clear. My tumor was 3 1/2 cm, with two 8mm satellites, a tiny micro-metastasis 0.5mm in the sentinal node, had 4 A/C and 24 rads, and am now on Tamoxifen. ER+ PR+ Her2 -, Stage 2 Grade 3/3, very aggressive, so I am still worried, but mostly I am just living my life and enjoying it. I could not have Taxol, A/C made me too sick, and I refused to have the other nodes out. My once agreed with me, because under 2mm in the node is now considered safe to treat with chemo and rads. I wish you and everyone who reads this blessings, and I send you all Big Hugs! PamC
