Her 2 success?

Is there anyone out there who has survived HER2 positive breast cancer. I am feeling a bit down as everywhere I read there seems to be a very poor prognosis with this type of cancer...have had it once and then it came back in the lymph nodes... would appreciate any support. many thanks Gillian x
