I was dx aged 26 years - 5.5cm tumour, no nodes involved. Had 6 x AC chemo,lumpectomy, and radotherapy, and them tamox for 2 years. My then boyfirend ditched me at the time as he panicked.
Life is now great - I have a 4 year old and last year had a set of twins (so much for infertility!!) I have a loving husband and am really happy. i was told the cancer was HER2 3+ but it hadn't spread and has not returned. I am planning on living the next 50 years, and want to raise my kids and enjoy life.At the time the hopsital were convinced I would have secondary tumours and body scanned head to hips looking for them, but thankfully my tumour was lazy and hadn't spread.
