Dear Louise,
This may sound corny, but I would like to thank-you from the bottom of my heart. I too was dianosed with stage 3, four positive nodes and lately I feel I have been on an emotional roller coaster ride, but your story has made me rethink and it is something that I needed to hear very much. Thank-you for the inspiration. I wanted to start running myself, but have been kinda afraid, but I did join a gym and have been working out since the end of radiation...maybe I'll try running again.
