Cheap LIMA stars?

Now that A. Rhodes is a closer, everyone is bidding up his value. Makes sense, of course, but now I need a new candidate for someone to be the way he has been for me for the last several years . . . $1 or $2, super in WHIP with a fair number of innings, etc.
What are you doing in your leagues?
