Bay vs. Wolf

I'm trying to decide on my keeper list and it's down to Jason Bay .60 vs. Randy Wolf at 1.20 in a 14-team NL only roto league (23 players, $26 payroll, seven keepers). Who should I go with? Ron's not high on Wolf, but I've had him each of the past two years and I've won two league titles.
My other keepers are Sexson 2.90, Renteria 2.40, Kolb .60, Podsednik .60, Castilla .70 and Livan Hernandez .20.
My fear is good pitching will be scarce.
Can anyone offer an opinion?
