Start buying the book. I've contended, in multiple leagues, year over year, since I started reading it back in 97. Well worth it and it's a great reference guide during the season, especially on the minor leaguers who get called up.
: : Thanks for the information. Unfortunately,
: while my brother buys the book and the
: BaseballHQ subscription, I'm brand new to
: this and have neither. I was hoping to get
: something like the Excel stats as part of the
: Bottom Line subscription, although maybe not
: exactly the same given the cheaper price.

: If you bought the book, you get the free
: March
: 1 stat projections as well. Check out your
: book as it directs you to these. It's sort
: of a spring training kickoff perk.
: If you're part of HQ then you get the updated
: spreadsheets all year beyond the initial data
: dump.

: My brother has a subscription to the full
: BaseballHQ, and he has downloaded Excel
: spreadsheets with HQ stats (projections, I
: believe). Exactly the kind of thing I
: expected from the advertising for Bottom
: line. Is that coming? Is it here in a corner
: I haven't found? Did I misunderstand
: something?
