My brother has a subscription to the full BaseballHQ. He says they published an open letter there apologizing for bugs in the Valuator, pointing out some fixes already made, and promising more bug fixes upcoming--as well as more data put in. I gather that the letter was recently posted: 3/12 or 3/13.
