What's up with the valuator, or it just me?

I have a printout of the March 5 BB Forecaster projections, where Mark Prior is "worth" $32 in 5x5 with 19-6, 2.93 ERA, 203 IP, etc.
Just did the 'valuator,' where Prior has the SAME stats, but now is worth only $28 in NL-only 12-team 5x5.
Are the first set for mixed leagues? If so, why is he worth less in NL-only?
I'm confused...
