Blow out position scarcity with those picks. Grab the Renterias, IRods and any other top level player in the middle infield, catcher and 3B. Grab a frontline closer if you can, but like you say, wait on starting pitching.

: I'm in two standard style rotisserie leagues.
: I'm also in 2 points leagues. In one draft,
: 30 rounds (9 offense, 6 pitchers, 15 bench),
: I have traded to get the 13, 23, 26, 31 and
: 36th picks. Then I don't pick again until
: the 60's somewhere.
: Once the season starts, pitchers only have to
: be left in for a week at a time, so it allows
: you to swap/mge your staff all year to
: optimize the number of 2 start weeks. Decent
: starters get you through. I'm thinking of
: starting with 5 bats with my first 5 picks.
: Considering who will be there in the 1-36
: picks, and considering position depth
: scarcity in some positions, what players
: would be best to target to build my team
: around?
