OK, I want to make sure I read that right. Do you only use 3 hitting categories(H, RBI, HR) and then use 5 pitching categories(Ks, W, Sv, WHIP, ERA)? If this is true, then it certainly narrows the number of hitters that are valuable to you. For instance, Juan Pierre.....quite valuable in traditional 4x4 leagues, and even more- so in 5x5.......would have almost no value to you.
Also, are any of the categories weighted differently than others.....do some of the pitching categories only count as "half a category"?
Finally, how deep does your league go (how many teams/how many players per team), and is it AL, NL, or both? Sorry to ask so many questions, but all these things can make a big difference in how you rate players for your draft.
: We use H, RBI, HR K's, W, SV, WHIP, ERA.

: Hi, I have a draft coming up & was
: wondering if anyone had any advice for me? I
: don't deal with dollar values or anything
: like that. Also, I was attempting to do a
: draft sheet & I got as far as rating
: Pitchers based on Command Ratios. Am I not
: going in-tepth enough? I would love to go on
: a deeper lever with Pitchers, however I'm not
: sure of proper equations. Can anyone help me
: out on just the key ones I need to evaluate
: Pitchers & Hitters at various positions?
: Thank you.
