Straight line draft help needed

Hi, I have a draft coming up & was wondering if anyone had any advice for me? I don't deal with dollar values or anything like that. Also, I was attempting to do a draft sheet & I got as far as rating Pitchers based on Command Ratios. Am I not going in-tepth enough? I would love to go on a deeper lever with Pitchers, however I'm not sure of proper equations. Can anyone help me out on just the key ones I need to evaluate Pitchers & Hitters at various positions? Thank you.
