Nomo for Kearns?

This message is related to my previous posting about concerns involving Hideo Nomo and his health. I currently have an offer where I could trade Nomo, who I now have at $18 and get Austin Kearns in return who is at a salary of $12. I know there are some health concerns with Kearns as well.....is this an option I should consider, or do I keep looking for something else. I don't really think I will have too many other options to trade Nomo.....especially if he starts to show problems early in Spring Training. What do you all think?
