Atkins has not set foot in the outfield at Colorado Springs (PCL), so for the moment, it doesn't appear that will happen. Chris Stynes has plenty of outfield experience, so that is a possibility. The Rockies are trying to deal Payton, but I doubt it has anything to do with Atkins.
