deric and all: trade Payton?

2 different owners in my NL 4x4 lge. have trembled when I suggest they take Payton from me. They feel that Payton will will go to the AL and Atkins will move to the OF to replace him. Are they hoodwinking me or is there something here? I think Payton is excellent and would only trade him for a great deal. Should I be unloading him for fear of Atkins?
