Please Help - Gordon or Fultz

I know a decision like this, Fultz or Gordon, isn't a major factor, however, I would appreciate any advice. I am leaning toward Gordon because he "may" get some junk saves in CHI. I'm looking for the one pitcher of these two that may get the most junk saves or vulture wins without demolishing my era and whip. Opinions are greatly appreciated!!
