Ensberg -- what does this illustrous board see in the guy?

I've seen Ensberg play a total of 0 times in my life (I'm in an AL city) so, does anyone who sees him play have any opinions on the guy? The reason why I ask is because I noticed this morning that he has 11 homers and 32 RBI's in only 107 at bats, and those numbers are sick. Does he have a chance to be a .290-30-100 type of player or is he at best a .270-20-80 type who just so happens to be on a roll? HQ responses are also invited. Thanks.
