Padilla - risk or reward?

Padilla was tagged during early season analysis at BBHQ as a pitcher to avoid on the basis of his collapsing K/9 rate. To date however he has been an unquestioned contributor.
Going forward, can we expect more rewards? Or are there signs that risk of another collapse lies ahead? I would like to hear the board's opinion!
