I'm not sure Cabrera would takeover at 3B right away, if Lowell is traded. They'd probably use some sort of Fox/Mordecai combo for a month or two. They don't want to rush Cabrera, though I could see him coming up in August. I'm not so sure Cabrera would be worth $14 next year.
