Bagwell claims that he only feels the shoulder when he throws, not when he swings. It's an arthritic condition that he says won't ever get any better. All I know from watching him play is that he doesn't seem to be able to get on top of high pitches anymore. He either misses them completely or pops it up. If I'm seeing that then you have to figure all the scouts are seeing it also.
