Doug -- In a bigger deal, would you trade German for him?

Here's my quandry.
One team in my league is about to dump and I am in a tight battle for first (AL only 5X5). I have Sasaki for saves with German.
The trade is a great one...But I am concerned that I am giving too much if I include German.
Right now, it's:
Palmiero $30
Ichiro $38
Vizquel $14
Clemens $18
For Blalock $8
Juan Rivera $1
Kingsale $2
T Harper $1
I may be able to get Koch and Hillenbrand added if I agree to German.
Doug, am I nuts NOT to do the latter part? It would guarantee the deal going through.
