I would definately try to buy low with Green. Giving up Rondell White is a good move. I've learned to ignore the suggested recent performance may be the sign of a "hidden injury" warning that we see from time to time without some hard evidence. Although I didn't make bad moves, I pulled the trigger on Wade Miller and Lance Berkman earlier in the year based upon such "whispers". If a pitcher has lost 5 mph on his fastball for multiple starts that may be cause for a concern. Green is 30 and extremely streaky, it seemed like he compiled 90% of his 2002 production in about 3 weeks last year. He may well have an off-year, but I'd be shocked if he doesn't have a very productive stretch at some point this year and carry your team in offense (at least in head-to-head formats). Be careful if you trade for him, use him. A guy in my league last year had him on the bench during the week of his explosion in Milwaukee because he had been mired in an awful cold spell.
