As someone posted further down, Biddle was warming up for the save when Endy Chavez homered in the ninth to ice the game. Biddle could have pitched the ninth after that, but could not have gotten a save. Biddle was apparently sat down after the homer; I wouldn't sweat Ayala just yet.
