In need of saves. Is Koch worth a flyer?

AL Only 10 team 5X5 with 25 man rosters. Playing to win this year.
I am in a pack in saves with the chance to easily move up or down...down more than up. I have Kaz Sasaki and not Nelson...Getting nervous. Is Koch worth a flyer if I have to give up Runelys Hernandez at $1?
The rest of my staff:
BY Kim (Can't trade...he's $26 and MUST be kept next year. No one will take him, especially the Koch owner)
C Fossum (needs to be reserved) $7
G Meche $6
D Brazelton $1 (Koch owner does not like him)
J Santana $8
T Harper $1
DJ Carrasco $5
F German $6
K Sasaki $25
S Hasegawa $1
Pedro (DL) $43
Runelvys (DL) $1
All contracts are in the first year.
What would you offer for Koch? Anything at all? The Marte owner wants too much for him.
