I haven't really processed the hitting exchange, but on the surface it looks like an upgrade. If the projections bear that out, I wouldn't sweat too much over exchanging Penny for Tomko in a non-keeper league, especially since Tomko should have more run support--note that Florida is considering divesting itself of good hitters.
