Looking for feedback on a trade offer

I am considering a trade offer where I would trade Juan Encarncion, Cliff Floyd, Randy Calloway, and Brad Penny for Brad Wilkerson, Steve Finley, Rondell White, and Brett Tomko.
I am a bit concerned about the pitching exchange, but believe I come out enough ahead in the OF to make it worthwhile.
Single-season NL league, 230 active players deep.
