Rumour has it that Michael Brown is about to sign a multi million dollar transfer from Bally Rangers to leading English Premier League Club, Chelsea. Many a club sought after his expertise, such as the likes of Spanish Giants Real Madrid and Italian Heavyweights A.C. Milan. However, Chelsea successfully recruited this star local defender.
