The Anson County Genealogical Society will meet Saturday February 21st 2009 at 11am in the historical society office at 206 East Wade Street in Wadesboro. Reverend Allen Usher of Cheraw, SC will talk about & have on display the artifacts from the Civil War & Revolutionary War he & Wesley Davis have discovered in the Pee Dee River. Rev. Usher was with us in 2001 & 2002. It should be an interesting program. Contact me for directions
