The Anson County Genealogical Society will meet May 17th at 11am in the historical society office at 206 East Wade Street in Wadesboro. Michael Waring will present a program on the buffalo soldiers. After this meeting we will not meet again until Saturday September 20, 2008. Help support the Anson County Genealogical Society by becoming a member. Dues are $20 per year payable to the genealogical society & mail to our treasurer Mrs. Arvonia Edwards (3794 Hwy 742 North), Wadesboro, NC 28170
