Please get in touch with me if you have an ancestor who was connected with the AUckland Islands either through sealing, Hardwicke Settlement, shipwreck, farming or connected with either the General Grant loss (family papers from people in NZ or Aust. who remembered seeing survivors or hearing any of them speak), or gold search. Or - more recently - a coast watcher -- like John Jones.
