if he is gonna give you up like this, and throw everything like this, and put you through this , then he does not deserve you and does not actually love you ..
fights/arguments before marriage because of the families always happen with assyrians.. but after marriage you two will be a family of your own, independent of both families, and most likely things will be different after marriage.
if he is doing it now , what makes you sure he is not gonna divorce you IF something like this happens again after marriage ?? ... you must think about this .. are you gonna feel safe with him this way ? can you trust him not to do this again ? is selfish for not thinking about you ? is he gonna give up from the first time like this all the times ?
if he really loves you, then he will hold on to you and fight for you, and do whatever it takes to be with you and make you happy.
