I work at an extremely diverse high school (i.e. 58 different languages spoken), yet the teachers/staff are predominantly white. In particular, I have had a recent trend in teachers stating that they have a lot of difficulties when interacting with MALE Assyrian students. I'm looking for resources with which to educate these white teachers, so any and all help is appreciated.
