Trish,I want to thank you for your answers.Also I am on three doses of Braggs Apple Cider Vinger a day(suppose to help with my problem) and I do take the Thermo-Lift night solution.I am so upset with myself that I am not taking the weight off .My husband and I have been with Changes for about four years and he keeps telling me to hang in there. But I can't notice much difference.
