Bridget,
The motrin can be bad for you liver in a long run and the vicodine can become addictive.
Sounds like your endrometrosis is getting worse as you get older.
I dont know of any natural products that I have that can help your situation.
Sounds like you really need to go to the doctor.
Sorry I dont have better news for you.
