Hi Kari,
In a nutshell............the chromium in Tri-Chromaleane would help to control your sugar levels.
Since Tri-Chromaleane is no longer avalable you an try ThermoLift II which has no mahuang/ephedra in it. ThermoLift has Chromium in it and almost all of the ingredients that the original tri-chromaleane had in it.
