Weight Loss Tips To Help You Reach Your Weight Loss Goals
To help you reach your weight loss goals:
a.. Eat a low fat diet
b.. Excercise 5 times a week.
c.. Eat lots of fruits/vegtables and beans for extra fiber, this will
help you move your bowels and in turn help in your weight loss goals.
d.. Drink at least 3 qrts of water daily (measure your water intake)
this will help flush the fat and help you move your bowels easier.
e.. KEEP A DIARY on the food you eat each day, how much excercise you
get each day and how much water you drink on a daily basis.....This will
you learn where you need to impove in order to reach your weight loss
goals
