Swirlygirl.com has some information on their website about the greeting card business. If you're looking to license your work, getting the directory "Artist's & Graphic Designer's Market" will also be a big help. Copyright information can be obtained from the Library of Congress website www.lcweb.loc.gov/copyright or by calling 202-707-3000. You can also join the Greeting Card Professionals group at Yahoo.com which will be a big help in getting to know more upstarters.
