Yes, Karin, I do think we have corresponded before. The microfilm I have from Arenac County, MI give date of death as 5 Apr 1901; died at age 101, 11 months, 24 days so if I calculate correctly, birthdate is 11 Apr 1799. Parents listed as Antoine Rivett and Rosa Boudree. Cannot find him in the 1900 MI census. I have an email to the Standish, MI library to see what they have.
